Signed books now on sale in the USA
May 12, 2022, No comments
My latest book tour of the US has begun! Better yet, you now have the chance to buy signed copies of some of my books even if you can’t make it to one of the events. And every purchase supports the Swiss Center of North America in New Glarus, WI.
But let’s start at the very beginning. Monday night in New York and I was a guest of the Swiss Ambassador, Markus Börlin. It was a wonderful way to start my tour, not least because it was at the beautiful official residence on Park Avenue. A great setting for a great evening.
Signed books will be on sale at the events listed below but they’re also available anywhere in the USA, thanks to the Swiss Center of North America. Order copies direct from the Swiss Center and I’ll sign them when I’m there on Memorial Day. Books will be shipped directly to you.
To order, either click here or email [email protected] stating which books you’d like and any dedications you want me to write. The following books are available as signed copies:
Cartographica Helvetica: my newest book, a colourful atlas of Switzerland for all ages
Swiss 52: the ultimate illustrated bucket list of must-see places in Switzerland
Swiss Watching: the international bestseller, now in its 3rd edition
Slow Train to Switzerland: the story of how tourism began over 150 years ago
Around Switzerland in 80 Maps: a big beautiful books full of maps old and new
And there’s one more special offer for this tour. The e-book versions of Swiss Watching and Slow Train to Switzerland are currently only $1.99 each and can be ordered wherever you usually get your e-books.
There are three public events coming up, so please feel free to come along to one of them if you can. Everyone is welcome!
- Saturday 14 May at Lost City Books in Washington DC
- Thursday 26 May at Books & Books in Miami
- Wednesday 1 June at Turner Hall in Monroe, WI
Remember that for every signed book you buy, part of the proceeds goes to the Swiss Center of North America, a wonderful place that ensures Swiss heritage stays alive here.
